Visualize your energy inside your body, now visualize energy versions of yourself splitting from your energy, the clones are of a different color than your normal energy most of the time. If they are the same color than they are stronger. Astral Energy Clones can do anything an astral projection can do, they are weaker and harder to control but they allow you to multitask astrally. The clones however do not hold many physical features and aren't easily recognized as clones of you. The clones also are very independent, able to move and think on their own and are practically their own being. The clones are still under your control, but it takes much focus to control them. Astral clones seem not to want to recombine with your energy they will resist you and the energy will rock back in forth in you as they settle in. Overtime astral energy clones will gain more detailed physical features.
