- Domain Rules are rules set by the creator of a Domain, known to that Domain as the High Controller.
- Domain Rules must be followed and can only be changed by the High Controller.
- Domain Rules must be followed by any being within the Domain, even a High Controller cannot break a set Domain Rule even within their own Domain.
- Domain Rules can allow a High Controller to become all powerful within their Personal Domain, giving them the power to do whatever they desire.
