I visualized myself as Superman flying around the Earth. I used psychological absorption to not only see from the perspective but to fully immerse my senses. I used a technique similar to generation stage deity yoga.

I am quite shocked that more strange events occurred while I read comic books then when intentionally engaged in visualization. Or at least I was until I realized that reading is a form of mental modeling and psychological absorption. Intense psychological absorption through visualization or mental modeling may be the key to unlocking psychokinetic talents.

While staring into the crystal simulation the shapes appeared to form moving faces and as I began to identify with the smoke like images I could tell that psychological absorption was settling in. I believe psychological absorption is an important part of psychokinesis.

Comparison to Odds of Being Shot by Lightning[]
At this time 5/27/15, my greatest psychokinetic feat to date was creating a non-random event that had only a 0.0001007 probability of actually occuring.
I did that by the way while watching a dramatization of a comic book, not meditating, not casting a spell, but simply focusing on a comic book story while running the pseudo random number generator.
The probability of getting shot by a bolt of lightning is 1/3001 since the odds of getting shot by a bolt of lightning are 1/3000.
That being said my highest manipulation of reality has a lower probability of happening than me being shot by lightning.
It is more likely that I would have been shot by lightning.
That isn't even a hundreth of a percent possible.
This shows the potential for creating non-random events that are on the verge of impossible based on the standard of probability.
Practically reality warping level but still within the realm of plausible limitation.
As you may be able to see I am very excited for future studies.
